I go to Kudos Beauty Supply when I don’t feel like traveling far. They usually have what I need, but not always the brand or color I actually wanted. Prices are a little higher than I expect for a beauty supply store, so I don’t love that. Sometimes the staff is cool, sometimes they barely acknowledge you. It is convenient though, and I have definitely walked out with what I needed more than once. Not terrible, not great, just okay overall.

I've been going here for a very long time, I always buy my beauty supplies here, whether it's hair or nails. I can't help but agree with most of this comments, as a regular I do see most of the workers pace up and down the aisles following me, or coming to peek in the aisle I'm at. I do agree that they do need security at the door rather than having workers constantly spy on you within aisles, it does feel pretty annoying and frustrating not being able to shop in peace.

The ladies working here often have a really unpleasant attitude. They treat you like you’re going there to steal. It creates an uncomfortable environment. They might want to consider investing in better customer service—or at the very least, friendlier staff and maybe even some actual security if that’s their concern.
