I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered online from their store, and they even video called me during the process. I was trying to exchange a necklace from a different state because the store is very far and I cannot drive there. The staff member who chose the earrings for me, Instead of letting me choose properly, she selected the earrings herself and rushed me. There were also several communication issues. My order was supposed to ship on Monday, but it was shipped on Wednesday instead. When I called to ask about it, they either did not answer and kept cutting the call, or when someone did answer, they were not polite and did not take responsibility. They also kept my receipt and did not give it to me until two days later, which made me feel worried and uncomfortable. Overall, the entire experience was stressful and upsetting. I hope they improve their customer service and how they speak to customers in the future.
