I have been a very happy patient/client for many years for general back and neck maintenance as well as handling any acute injuries that come up. Dr. Fredman and his wonderful team efficiently run you through a consult, stretch, massage, and adjustment cycle with every visit. They have been great for when I have been training for marathons, helping me in the right areas to get me race ready. They have also been life savers with acute issues. Ahead of a recent family weekend away I developed an unbearable and acute neck injury that needed immediate attention. They accommodated me at short notice, not only saved my weekend away, but also saved me from immediate significant pain and then solved the issue over subsequent weeks. All his team are lovely to the tee! Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about this practice, except I’m afraid if I say how much I love it - TOO many people will start coming and it won’t be by best kept secret! But in all seriousness, I have number of concurrent issues and the team approach is perfect. It’s not a quick fix, but it’s steady improvement. I’m thrilled.
