This is an incredible dental office. I originally went here for a second opinion on a 15 year old crown with root canal that finally failed, which my general dentist of over 12 years wanted to rebuild and do a new crown despite significant bone loss that showed up on the X-ray she did. I did my research and found all of the amazing reviews for K&W, looked at their site and really connected to Dr. Kim's and Dr. Wang's bios, and called up the office to get a very quick turnaround for an appointment at a time that was actually convenient for me, rather than me having to change my own patient schedule to fit their appointment availability. They have appointments available on the weekends as well as evenings, and are extremely accommodating. When I went for the second opinion consultation, I was given straight talk and information about the pros and cons of going different routes to either restore the crown or begin the process of a dental implant. I was given an abundance of information as well as time to process and do research on my own. When I returned to begin the dental implant process, as I determined that was the best option for me at this time in my life and given the situation of the bone loss, I have since had nothing but positive experiences and interactions with both of the doctors and the assistant. The office is clean, well disinfected, and with up-to-date materials and technology, including a portable x-ray camera! These doctors know their stuff, and are able to easily explain complicated procedures and issues using language that is digestible and understandable for anyone. I was given the opportunity to ask questions at all turns is in my treatment, and invited to even follow up via email if something came to me in between appointments that I was concerned about or just wanted to know. They're also extremely upfront and very fair about the prices of their services, including what is covered by insurance and what would be out of pocket. They work with you and your budget, without sacrificing good care. I have been so impressed with this dental practice that I've made the decision to end my relationship with my prior general dentist of more than 12 years and switch to K&W dental for all of my needs.
