5++ service at L & D Building Supply!!! Professional, responsible, efficient. We hired L & D Building Supply for a custom design project in our living room, and we were thrilled with the results! Everything went smoothly - from the initial point of contact, to making the design decisions, revisions, installation, and after-sales. During the design phase, we had several requirements - a standing desk, sink, shoe closet, and coat closet - that needed to be incorporated into our existing living room. We also had some constraints due to ceiling panels and windows. The designer quickly provided design drafts incorporating all our requirements and offered innovative and aesthetic solutions addressing the constraints we had. For instance, they recommended a combination of glass doors and wooden doors, as well as a color pop design to elevate the living room. Once we finalized our design, we were able to make fine adjustments, such as the height of the standing desk. Throughout our discussions, they were very receptive to our feedback and provided valuable professional advice to help perfect the design. After we selected our wood finishes, they built the cabinets in just two days. Their attention to detail was evident during installation. For instance, they carefully adjusted the hinge alignments to prevent the cabinet doors clashing in corner spaces. They also meticulously measured the cabinet spacing multiple times to ensure that they were leveled. Lastly, they even matched the caulking color to the cabinets for a more seamless look. Their after-sales team was equally outstanding. They placed some cardboard underneath the sink and reassured us that they would return to address any potential leaks. They promptly addressed all of our questions, ensuring that everything was taken care of after installation. We truly appreciate their craftsmanship and hope to work with them again in the future.
