They have an amazing staff. From receptionist to Dentist, they're all wonderful. They all speak English and Spanish. Todos los empleados hablan español.

Very professional and knowledgeable dentists. Dr Lourdes does a very artistically dental job! Highly recommend.

absolutely terrible experience. i brought my younger sister here for a crown. im a pretty patient guy and these people managed to drive me nuts. the receptionist is an absolute joke. she made my appointment asking for my younger sisters date of birth and after i texted it to her she replied a day later after i had to send multiple texts and i first called in the morning so it wasnt closing hours. came in 10 mins before the appointment to be told i need to have the referral and x rays from the previous dentist. i only had a digital copy of the referral that they didnt accept.. fine. i drove back to the other dentist and my younger sister got her x ray and referral. i went back to LL and showed them the things they asked me for. now... after giving this to them they asked me to wait, and so we waited. we waited for so long... i only stayed because i tkept thinking okay now theyll call us, now theyll call us, and until everyone was cleared out of the waiting room, (literally 2 and a half hours) they called my younger sister in. only for her to come back in 2 minutes and tell me that the doctor told her she needed more x rays to be done from the other dentist... why they didnt tell me to bring this with the other stuff is beyond me, and why we had to wait 2.5 hours to be told this when it could have been seconds is embarrassing business practice. the receptionist was unapologetic, she really didnt care at all. my younger sister still needs a crown, shes not going to be getting it from here. i recommend this place if you want to come and waste your time, and then receive attitude from the person who wasted your time. Update: review bumped up from 1 star to 4. I ended up having to get the crown from here because of time constraints and insurance purposes. I had no problems during the remaining 2 appointments. The time it took was reasonable, and I didn’t have to ask any questions.

Dentists are good in what they do but management and communication are BAD. And the dentists are the owners. The staff did try to be respectful but they were not transparent with their booking until I probed for details. They triple-book patients for the same time slot so even when you're scheduled for the first appointment in the morning for a basic/simple cleaning (which generally takes only 10 minutes), the total wait and visit time could 1.5+ hour. To me, they just do their job, get their numbers up for insurance reimbursement to get by without caring much about patient experience. This clashes with my core values. I believe everybody deserves high quality care and respectful/transparent communication. It's fine if this is how you choose to run your business, but be transparent with people so they are informed and allowed to make a decision that's right for them.

Very good dentist here, scheduling very bad 👎 availability between 9am and 12pm only every four months. Wednesdays closed, Saturday closed.my wife has Cavity since til now couldn't see the dentist til today next available date April Cavity in the front tooth not emergency.
