I enjoyed every visit. Iris is great: professional, and knows everything about skin care. After every facial my skin looks more radiant, toned, and young. Their products are of good quality. Im sensitive to smells, and their masks, serums, etc. have a very subtle and pleasant scent. Highly recommend

Staff barely response to my concerns. I’ve been waiting for their response regarding my refund from yesterday till now. Unfortunately, when I came to the store,they keep telling me the manager will text me when she is available because manager is holding meetings all day. However, they still would not give me a time when the manager will be available. This is nonsense endless wait… **Don’t trust their responses. **They keep ignoring my requests and pretend to care about your needs. I paid over $1,500 and still haven’t received any refund, yet they’ve already stopped providing services to me. Avoid this place unless you want to throw your money away.
