Totally on par with Molly Tea in strength of Jasmine tea flavor in the top recommended Jasmine Milk Tea! Highly recommend checking out their fruit teas too, seems like there is a good selection of flavors to choose from.

Laankee on 8th Ave is our go-to spot. Me and my girl come here all the time—the shop’s clean, the staff are super friendly, and the drinks are always on point. The lemon tea is crazy refreshing. Easy choice for boba in the neighborhood.

Unassuming storefront. Their mango pomelo sago is the best I’ve ever had. The drink is blended smoothly to almost a yogurt or mango lassi texture so you don’t have the grittiness of the ice. Plenty of fresh fruit. And they use the small sago, a must-have! I also wanted to try their milk tea so got some to take home. The glass bottles are so cute!

I’ve only ever had the Hong Kong style milk tea here, so this review is based solely on that. In my humble opinion, on all of eighth Avenue, I think theirs is the best. The flavor is strong, and it is so smooth! I always feel like I’m wide awake after having one lol staff is very nice. But with respect to the environment, it’s not the greatest. It’s a tiny little store on the corner that’s right next to a small vegetable Mart. In short, there’s not much ambience - just a grab and go place.

Their tea is so fragrant you can smell it from half a block away from their store front! Definitely will be back to try other drinks! Small warning -- the cover of their drinks does leak, would carry it a bit more carefully if you are doing takeaway
