Lady Lashes NY(Jackson Heights)

My first time here and new to the lash game and I can say, it’s clean, neat, friendly. My lash tech was super gentle and attentive to my sensitive needs. I’m happy and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place. the prices are very reasonable and affordable. 10 out of 10!! Ask for Suey Shia great!

I never really leave reviews but i know there are a lot of people who love to get their lashes done and have them on for special occasions like me. I found this place on groupon and got my lashes done. it looked amazing the first day, the staff are so really nice, the technician was very nice as well and did one eye at a time for me because i get anxious. I left her a 35% tip and the reason why i'm giving this place a two star is because on the first day one or two lash started falling off when i got home so i messaged them and showed them a pic and they asked me to come in for a free fix. I went and got it fixed but again it started falling the next day. I’m on my 5th day barely rubbing my eyes and lash are just so poorly glued that it’s falling off. The quality is just not there. I have gotten my lashes done for the same groupon prices in flushing and the quality is SO MUCH better and does not fall off as quickly even if you rub your eyes a million times.

I gave one star bcuz as soon as i got my lash done , the lash looks good . But soon after when i get home , some of my lashes start falling down not even a day yet . And a day after when i woke up, there’s some spaces between my lashes already. I can’t go there to fix my lashes free in three days time period bcuz of my tight schedule. I found that place on Groupon. I recommend not to go there and don’t waste your money cus your lashes will only last like not more than two weeks and it’s not worth your money even with on groupon price. Service was okay.

I’ve tried this place for a few months... sometimes great work other times not so good or they don't give you the set you actually requested. I like May, she’s super sweet — but lately she seems rushed and the lashes don’t come out as nice as they used to, very dependent on mood. Zoey is always in a hurry to leave or go smoke, and every time she does my lashes, they start falling out the same day or flipping around. I shouldn’t be standing at the counter paying while lashes are already falling off. I've tried Kelly and others but it's never a guaranteed sometimes it's excellent other times it's bad. They always offer to fix it, but I don’t have time to keep coming back multiple times a week, especially when I’m the one paying for transportation each way.
