She is comprehensive with care and easy to talk to about any concerns.

I followed her from practice to practice for over 10 years. She has wonderful bedside manner. Always has sit down conversations after the appointment. I’ve dealt with a number of health issues and decisions and she’s helped me face them with professionalism, warmth, and kindness.

If I could give more stars I would. Best ob/gyn I have ever had. I have been a patient for 20yrs or so and followed her to every new location/office, she's just that GOOD!. She listens, she cares and offers good advice. I've been through it wall with her. The staff at the office is pretty awesome as well.

Let me start by saying I have been searching for a new GYN since I moved to NYC 6 years ago and have been disappointed each time I've tried someone new. I went to see Dr. Stephanie Lam at Carnegie Women's Health center for my annual exam and I had a fantastic experience. The facility was immaculate: from the lobby to the bathrooms to the exam rooms! The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I felt that Dr. Lam was extremely sincere and had a pleasant and warm demeanor. It was easy to feel relaxed in her presence, even after only just meeting her. I'm glad I found my new doctor!

Mixed up my results and accused me lying about my history. Staff was rude when trying to obtain information and make an appointment so I had to see the other doctor on the office. When I tried to make another appointment with Dr. Lam she told me to see the other doctor because I saw her, when she was my physician. Prior to that I thought she was great. Very unfortunate.
