The experience has always been great. The drinks are fresh and not overly sweet, which I really like. The milk tea has a smooth texture and the fruit teas taste very refreshing. The staff are friendly and patient, especially when helping customers decide what to order. The store is clean and well organized, and the service is pretty fast even when it’s busy.
