Great service !!! I bought a big 22 x 22 x 18 inch 42 kg subwoofer from Facebook marketplace seller located in Queen NYC. I’m in Bangkok Thailand. Lanna shipping ‘ve done it all for me , carried my money to the seller, took the subwoofer to their hub and did a very good packing job for the 42kg subwoofer. It's awesome. Arrived to Bangkok in one peace, not thing broken. The price is very good for their serviced. Will be a return customer for sure. Highly recommend. 👍👍👍

We recently moved our entire household from the U.S. to Thailand, and Lanna Shipping made the experience as smooth as it could possibly be. We drove a packed U-Haul to their facility in New York, and Choat and Dow met us there in person. Their team carefully unloaded everything, repackaged it, and securely palletized it for the journey. While their crew was hard at work, Choat and Dow even took us out to lunch at a great Thai restaurant in “Little Thailand” nearby—such a thoughtful gesture that instantly made us feel at ease. The level of care and hospitality they showed us was incredible. Our 40’ container was shipped overseas and delivered by truck straight to our new home in Issan, about 10 hours from Bangkok. Despite the stress of relocating internationally, Lanna Shipping handled everything with professionalism and confidence. Watching Choat and Dow in action, it’s clear they’ve been doing this for years. We’re so grateful we chose them and wouldn’t hesitate to use Lanna Shipping again. Highly recommended for anyone planning a move to Thailand!

Sent 8 boxes from NY to Thailand for relocation. Everything went super smooth, with communication and updates throughout the process. A phone call to schedule pickup and determine pricing. The driver then came and loaded everything into the van. Once I was settled in Thailand, the shipment actually arrived sooner than expected, with a call from the Thai partner to schedule delivery. And the delivery driver kept in contact with me throughout and even helped bring the boxes into the house despite his arm still healing. I still have some things to ship from NY, and I will be calling on Lanna to help me once again.

In the month of August, we used the delivery service as a wholesale parcel, a box size of 18x18x28, a total of 20 boxes, the customer packed them by self. But Lanna shipping helped to wrap the rap with another layer of plastic as well. Take the time to export from New York Port in September, get a reservation at the end of November 2022, takes about two months. Onward delivery from Bangkok to Chiang Rai by a truck with a covered roof. Every boxes arrived at its destination well. nothing was damaged. And the staff in Thailand work very well. Bring items into the house to store. Thank you Lanna Shipping Company and we will use the service in the future again.

Extremely Disappointing Service - Unfair Practices and Misleading Information I had a deeply frustrating experience with this company, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering their services. The lack of transparency and unfair practices are truly appalling. First, they fail to disclose crucial information about shipment pickup times. Upon arrival of my shipment, I was told that I must pick it up the same day or face significant storage fees. This policy was never communicated to me beforehand, which is incredibly misleading and inconsiderate. My Boxes were damaged, and they charged me the same to delivery a small tube as a full size box To make matters worse, when I finally managed to coordinate a pickup, I was informed that I had no choice but to pay whatever exorbitant fee they demanded to move the shipment. This is nothing short of extortion, and it feels like they prey on customers by using hidden fees to maximize profits. The customer service was equally disappointing—unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to address any concerns or resolve the situation. Their practices are both unethical and frustrating, and I feel completely taken advantage of. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think twice. There are many more reliable and customer-friendly options available. Avoid this company if you value transparency and fairness.
