LANQI SPA has a clean and relaxing environment with excellent service. I highly recommend therapist Alice—she is very skilled, with perfect pressure and great attention to detail. She adjusted the massage based on my condition, especially focusing on my tense neck and shoulders. I felt much more relaxed afterward. It was a very pleasant and refreshing experience. I’ll definitely come back and recommend Alice to my friends!

The lady was so nice and gave us the rate for an hour massage it was going to be $40. I was with my sister in law and halfway through our massage, the lady asked my sister-in-law if she would like a half-hour more massage; she declined. When our massage was over, my sister in law sent her zelle payment first and tipped $5. The lady instantly started getting upset telling her that the ladies work all day and that she has to tip $20 as the minimum! She was trying to manipulate us but we knew that what she is saying is false. We ended up tipping $10 each. The massage was ok, but we left very unhappy with the lady trying to manipulate us into tipping $20. Please beware! The $20 tip is suggested but they made it seem like it was mandatory!

had a very disappointing experience at this spa. After paying $170 for the service, I left a $20 tip. The staff member told me the tip “should” be $30 and said that everyone who touches you must be tipped separately. I felt pressured and uncomfortable being told how much I was required to tip. Tipping should be optional and based on the quality of service. Unfortunately, the service itself was not good, which made the situation even more frustrating. I would not return. Be aware of their tipping expectations before booking. I wish I could give them -0.

Don’t come here, they try to make you pay $60 dollars for a $40 massage by saying they work for an hour long on you. Me and my sister in law went to this massage place. We get up to the second floor and was told 1 hour massage was $40. We thought okay great, they were very nice. Then as we are in the middle of the massage they asked us if we wanted half an hour extra. I understand the hustle but maybe wait until done? The massage was great but as me and my sister in law are leaving, we go to pay. I give $45 dollars ($5 tip). As she got it, she said that $5 tip isn’t enough, we needed to give $20 minimum. She pointed to the SUGGESTED tip sign of $20. She then tried to hustle us for more money. I gave her and extra $5 but still wanted more. Then she said no, we needed to pay the full $20. Every time i asked if it was mandatory to pay $20 , she ignored me. So we ignored her and only payed $50 each for our massages ($10).

Today I went for a massage because my body was in a lot of pain. I paid $40 for the session + $20 tip (total $60), but the therapist didn’t actually massage me — she only rubbed oil on my back for the entire time. There was no pressure, no muscle work, no relief. My body feels exactly the same as before — still stiff and sore. This was not a massage; it was just rubbing. Very disappointed, especially for the price. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for real therapeutic work.
