Lanzhou Handmade Noodle

The noodles are house made and cooked to order. Noodles are hand pulled and you can watch the workers make the noodles fresh! The knife cut noodles are my favorite but the hand pulled noodles is just as good. Noodles have incredible chew and the beef shank is nice and tender and the broth is flavorful yet simple. Their pickled vegetables on the side is amazing and their chili crisp is not spicy but fragrant. Portions are good but price has gone slightly up. My favorite noodle shop in Flushing

The first thing I do after a long day of travel is to find a good bowl of noodles. Every time when I am in New York, I always stop by here to get their beef noodle soup. The noodles are so delicious. The flavors and texture has not changed a bit. I've been coming here for more than 6 years. The chili oil and the pickled vegetable are phenomenal and all you can eat.

i ordered the beef one ($10) to go. i received it with the noodles and broth separately and tied good in the bag so it was good until i got home! microwaved the broth 45secs. came with chili oil and chopsticks

Got the hand pulled stir fried noodles house special. Not bad! I would try it in soup next time. Noodles are hand pulled and bouncy. Flavour is good. You can taste the wok hei! It was 14.50

Cumin lamb noodles had no taste of cumin whatsoever. Lamb skewers tough and flavorless even though asked for chili.
