Dr. Lau is a great pediatrician! In office, he communicates the procedures and treatment plans well. Out of office, he has been readily available to provide much needed medical assistance even during late hours, which is a great comfort for any parent with young children. Also, his staff is very courteous, caring, and efficient. The scheduling is also top notch, I've never had to wait long for our appointments.

Dr Lau is a great doctor. Very patient, takes histime and explains things well. The thing I most appreciate about him is his critical thinking and willingness to stand apart from the "crowd". He was willing not be part of the echo chamber that still exist to this day. HOWEVER, our last visit took a turn for the worse. SOMEONE got to him. All of a sudden he just reads off a script like someone was holding his license hostage. It is truly sad in a hostile environment we live in today that even doctors are under the barrel of groupthink.

Dr. Lau is very good doctor. But his assistant/clerk/and another female doctor were rude and unprofessional. We were here waiting for 2 hours during the time the female doctor only see few patients. Don’t know why taking her so long to finish few patients. Dr. Lau would have finished a patient in few mins because Dr. Lau is professional enough. My Dr. Lau if you are reading this review, please hire some professionals. I understand that we all learn from nothing. But obviously this female doctor needs more practice and training from you. Today is Thursday, you guys closed at 3pm. And it took her 30 mins to finish a patient which I am doubt that how u could expect to make money today🤣

Brought my daughter to see Dr. Lau for her back pain today @ 4:30pm. our appointment was rescheduled from next Monday morning to today because I told the clerk my daughter has class in the morning. However we were told the doctor has left & our appointment was for next Monday. we were seen by his assistant in training. Not sure what she’s trying to be, I know she shouldn’t be in the medical field. She was so nice & friendly in front of the doctor when we were there last time, but today she was so rude & unprofessional with us, actually snotty is the right word. She was annoyed that we were there & did not seem to believe the clerk made a mistake. She talked to us in a very condescending manner, doubting my daughter’s pain, and discounted what I was telling her about my daughter’s problems. Dr. Lau, if you are reading this & wondering why some of your patients don’t go back to you, you need to assess your assistant. She was either just putting on a fake face when you are there or she has bipolar disorder.

Dr. Liu is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He doesn't care about children. Every time I tell her about my daughter's problem, she has only one answer. Another doctor told me that if I continue to ignore my daughter's problems, my daughter will become autistic, this doctor just wants to make money and doesn't care about children at all
