Dr. Nina Lau has been my children's pediatrician since I moved to Middle Village 4 years ago. She is very kind and caring. My children love her! The office hours in the facility are great and if I have any questions she answers my emails fairly quickly. I recommend Dr. Nina Lau for anyone looking for a pediatrician in the area.

Dr.Lau is amazing. This is coming from a really picky mother of 2 (4&6yrs) that likes things her way or else. When I first met her I did get that taugh lady vibe from her but believe me once she got to know my boys I was amazed. For those of you saying that she’s careless when babies cry, I mean SERIOUSLY 😒 she’s a doctor 👩🏼‍⚕️ not his/her parents. Me personally, I hated when my kids’ previous doctor was kissing up on them. Dr.lau is friendly, she does play and joke with the kids but when they’re cranky she GIVES THEM THEIR SPACE! Most importantly she saw my kids every time I walked in with an emergency. She never turned me down. That’s the kind of doctor you want in ur kids lives. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DR.NINA LAU. 😘

i have known with Dr. Lau for twenty years as my eldest daughter is now 25 years old, She also took care of my son who is 16 years old. So naturally when I remarried ang gave birth to my third child I told my husband we needed to keep Dr. Lau as her pediatrician even though I relocated to the Bronx. YES, we travel from the Bronx to Queens for appointments because she is the BEST! It's been 10 years and every time I need an appointment or documentation her and her staff are always professional and kind.

Every time I go there they attend me maybe 15 minutes after I arrive and check in. The secretaries are a little tough to make sure they do their jobs right, but it's all good. I've seen some of the millennium young mother's that go there and they are all up in there phones while the secretary is asking questions. And boy can these young girls be nasty. Wow! My kids would never be able to answer someone like that! Oh boy! If they did! Well, I hope everyone else has good experiences like I've had. BE BLESSED!!!

The office is nice..clean and pretty quick usually & staff are nice which is all a huge plus when it comes to pediatricians. This is one of the reasons why I continue to come here. However the doctor herself isn't a compassionate person (she would have been better off as an adult doctor) but she is very thorough. So it's not all bad ... It's just not perfect. She does seem to get annoyed at crying babies and is rather robotic, but untill I find a place that has all the pros this place has, I will keep coming here.
