Laundromat

I went to wash clothes and took $15 (this was a few months ago, they didnt have the coin machine). I know i had $15 because i just had gone to the ATM TOOK OUT $20 and bought a detergent for $4.50. The lady only gave me back $10 in Quarters. I literally took one step forward then turned around i said i was missing $5. She of course said i only gave her $10. I asked For us to review the Cameras, she told me she couldn’t because her husband is the one that does that and he doesnt get in till 7pm (this happened at 11am). I went back at 7 and the wife was gone and the husband acted like he didn’t understand what I was saying. It is true the lady that does wash and fold and the owners all check the pockets and if they find anything they keep it.

I tried to wash clothe here. Just one load. The women says they close at 9pm. There sign says 9:30pm she said it herself 9:3. Meanwhile others are doing their laundry. Sorry but this racist establishment has lost face (mianzi) and business.

The guy was extremely rude the place was really dirty water was running out from machine I recently moved in the area and they treated me extremely rude so I had to go to the 88 laundry mat in booth memorial nothing compared to this laundry. The guy took out my clothing while I had to go get more clothes I just moved in and had alot to wash the guy said it was his business so basically we as customers are nothing to him I will never recommend such place they need to fix their attitude towards customers and the place they really need to clean and update I would like to have an option for no stars at all because they don't even deserve 1star please don't waste your time at this place they are really rude and nasty

The staff's attitude is very bad. There are very few machines. You have to wait for a long time. There is no place to sit. Some people put their bags in the carts so that you can't get the carts. The staff will not care and will be rude to you.

I don't know why the old lady is as angry as she just lost her family. I can't understand it. I won't go to that store to wash clothes again.
