This place is courteous personable and and offers quality services to their clientele. I normally don’t take the time out to write reviews unless I had a really bad experience but I feel compelled to give my honest feedback laundry is such a pertinent thing that we tend to take for granted us single men

If I am supporting my local business, I would expect to be able to utilize the restroom especially when I'm doing laundry. There are kids, and the elderly that cannot hold their pee for over an hour, especially, the time consuming of doing laundry and there is a sign in front of the door that says do not ask to use the restroom. I also understand that restrooms in Queens NY aren't public and people may want to come in to use the restrooms, especially, outsiders. With that in mind, the business owner can set up a a system with the machine card that is used to pay for the washer and dryer and have that same machine card pay to use the restroom. Yes the restroom will need more attention in regards to cleaning but that is the nature of running a business. Us that extra income from the bathroom to help maintain the restroom. People like me drive and I probably won't come here again since I simply dont like that sign in front of the business, let alone, can't use the restroom. If rather support a business that supports my health if I must go to the restroom. But overall, the staff is friendly and the machines are well maintained except for one washer that did not work after paying for the cycle. The employee was very nice to set me up with another machine but she did not put an out of order sign on that washer machine.

Bait and switch pricing, did not honor the price they have posted on the wall. They originally gave me one price for getting 2 shirts and a pair of pants tailored, the prices that were on the wall behind the counter, with a small fee for rush (I needed it 4 days later and they have 3-5 days posted on the price list). I agreed bc I needed the clothes for a trip\wedding. They called and changed the pricing the next day over the phone. The prices were on the wall but they told me over the phone it would be more than what's on their price list and a bigger fee for the rush. Tried to charge me $55 more but negotiated it down to $25 more. They already had my clothes and I was not in town to pick them up and find a new place to get them tailored so I agreed to the $25 extra and let them do the job. I checked the price list again when I picked up the items and it did not match what I was told over the phone so I have no idea why I was charged more for my shirts. They were normal standard dress shirts, nothing weird or special about them. Also I don't know why I was charged for rush service when it was within their normal time range. The clothing was tailored decently well, the shirt arms were a little long but I needed them for the trip so I did not ask for any changes. The people were very polite but I just felt a little taken advantage of. I paid $100 total to get a pair of pants and 2 dress shirts hemmed ($75 originally quoted plus $25 over the phone increase).

Hi, we moved here in LIC over a year ago. Since then we doing drop off/ pick up in this place, but for some reason the hispanic lady who has glasses are always mean to us, we thought maybe she’s not in the mood most of the time or maybe she’s just like that. But for sure she knows us already since we’re regular for a year but her attitude towards us never change. It’s just weird and uncomfortable Everytime we drop off and pick up our laundry. There’s one time I picked up our laundry she just tossed it and turn around very mean and disrespectful, we pay to do our laundry and we tipped too!! Idk but after a year we decided to go somewhere even its a little further than usual but I rather go somewhere than come back to this place. their employee always gives us negative energy/ vibe! Lol which is we don’t appreciate it🤭
