Clean and convenient laundrymat but the washing costs $4.95 which is above the price we could find in other laundrymats near here. $0.40 for eight minutes of drying. The system of card make it more convenient though, you can pay with Apple Pay or physical card but just so you know there is a minimum of $25 reloading if you do it by credit/debit card.

I’m seriously getting so disappointed by this place. Ownership switched probably a year or so ago and since then the quality has gone so downhill. $5.60 for a 22 minute wash is truly insane. The wash times are inconsistent between machines. Also they switched over to an app system that charges you 4% service fee for no reason. Getting harder and harder to support this place after so many years.

Used to be good, but since a few month terrible. Now $8 for 20 min, no hot water at all, even when you pay more for it. They always find an excuse to justify things but I guess the reality is that they want to make more money so it’s becoming bad.

Half the dryers are out of order every time! I live in the area and know that it will take 2 hours to do my laundry because I am waiting 45 minutes for a dryer to open up!! Last time I was there, 4 out of the 14 dryer machines were out of order, 1 was “low heat only”, and 2 are reserved for the employees to use for wash and fold. It’s very disappointing. Other than the dryer situation, it’s a wonderful laundromat run by wonderful people. Exceptionally clean. Unfortunately, I have begun to use other nearby laundromats just because I know I will be able to get my laundry done in a predictable amount of time. I do hope that they fix their dryers soon.
