Laundry mad it’s big and always have machines available but the lady that works there has so much attitude for no reason, gets bother if you ask her about anything because she’s watching a a show on her phone

There's homeless people just sitting there and creating a foul odor in the area and they won't leave. Considering going to a different laundromat

Under Laundrybee 🐝brand management the old store get like this, imegine their new stores after few years what would they become. Growth is important, but long term success depends on maintaining standards as locations age.

After my 3rd time doing laundry here, I came back home with half of my clothes missing. Someone definitely waited until I put them in the dryer and removed clothes from the machines. I had taken a picture of the machines I used to not forget the #s and specifically separated work clothes and my children’s clothes. All of my work clothes were missing and half of my kids clothes. When I asked the rude nasty front desk miserable woman in the front if any way we could check the cameras she said no. Anyways beware, this is not the best neighborhood and unfortunately people will keep track of who is putting clothes in to dry and wait for you to leave so they can steal it.

Machines are gross and soap dispenser trays are filled with mold. The machines are overpriced and they make you buy a card for $1 so that you can add money to wash your clothes. Card should be free if I have to add money to it. $9.50 for one wash cycle is crazy expensive to me. That price doesn’t include drying. The floor is dirty too. Mega wash doesn’t mean good wash. I understand that a lot of people use this place but they can still keep it clean. The overpriced machines should afford them to hire a cleaner to take care of the machines and floor. I had to rewash my clothes at a different laundromat because I was so disgusted with this place.
