Neighborhood Laundry is absolutely fantastic! This 24-hour laundromat is a game-changer for convenience. The place is always impeccably clean, and the staff is super helpful, always ready to lend a hand with a friendly attitude. I love going in the morning when it’s nice and quiet, making laundry time so peaceful. Plus, the available parking is a huge bonus—no stress finding a spot! Highly recommend this spot to anyone needing a reliable, welcoming place to do their laundry.

Very clean, staff are always really nice & attentive. Very updated with their services, they have a really nice vending machine that offers detergents, fabric softener. I highly recommend this laundromat!

Two Reviews in One: This just happened. My first time here, I accidentally placed $9.50 in a large machine. I thought the machine belonged to my friend. I asked the attendant if I could get my money back because the machine I mistakenly put the money on was being used by the laundromat. The attendant said I couldn't get back my money nor could he give me detergent in lieu of the money I spent. The policy posted says otherwise. I will be filing a claim on small claims court to get my refund just for the principle of this. Even though this happened it is a charming place, nice machines, and the other customers were lovely!

I’ve been coming to this laundry a little over two years now. I’ve done doth drop off service and self service wash. The attendant in the day Jasmine is a delight. Very attentive, fast and efficient. Always provides me with great service when I do drop off service. If I’m in a rush and need my clothes quickly due to my job I’ll come over night when no one is there. The great thing about this laundry is that it’s open 24/7. The night attendant Issac is wonderful also. He keeps the place spotless. You see him cleaning the rubber on the doors for the washing machines, cleaning the detergent dispenser with a toothbrush, vacuuming the linen dust from the dryer. I don’t live close by but would never stop coming here due to the service and cleanliness.

I am currently writing this review while my clothes are drying. I have had enough of this place. This is the SECOND time that the machine does not take my detergent. The first time the lady that works in the mornings said that I was putting my soap in the wrong spot and to place it in the back left section as the front is for powdered soap. This time I placed the soap in the back like she said and my machine finished the cycle without it ever taking my soap. The soap is still sitting there as you can see from the photos. I told the lady who is a different one from the mornings and she said that I have to put my soap in the front. This is insane, regardless of where I put the soap, it is still not draining it. The machines here are super expensive and frankly I’m fed up of the excuses from the workers here. The lady refused to refund me or pay to wash my clothes again. She refused to provide me with a phone number or email. Not only that, I went to the restroom and there was not a single roll of toilet paper. I asked for Mop for spilled water when I first arrived and was told no. A message to the manager: I would really appreciate if you contact me about this. It may not seem like a big deal but it is. This is costing me money and time. Money for the detergent and money for two washes.
