I had an amazing experience working with Rong to close on my multi family house. First of all we closed much earlier than expected all thanks to her working overtime following up with the title insurance company, lender, and seller’s attorney. Second of all, she always kept in close contact with me and always responded to my messages promptly. Thirdly, she was very thorough with explaining certain topics and making sure I understood everything. She even explained again in Chinese just so my Chinese speaking parents could follow along and stay on the same page. Highly recommend to ask for her if you want to close on your house without issues!

Went to Jeremy himself as first time buyer. He was recommended by a friend. He charged me 100% upfront for the service. I said sure, didn't think he would take advantage of me. BUT HE DID! The house didn't go through and he kept the money when asked if i can get 50% back. Little did I know, the norm is usually 50% upfront and pay the rest when you close your home. He is also expensive compared to other lawyers in the area as told from my friend who also went to him. Would not recommend.
