Think twice before you give them your case. No response no update. Wasting of time. Office will never call back you . Bad bad and bad service….

As someone experiencing legal representation for the first time after being hit by a car as a pedestrian, I had hoped for guidance and genuine support throughout the process. Unfortunately, this law office did not meet those expectations. The staff generally came across as unprofessional and at times, rude. There appeared to be a lack of internal communication, which only added to the confusion and frustration. A person named Gary was assigned to handle the negotiation of my settlement, and only later was I informed by one of the firm's attorneys that Gary is not actually a lawyer. I found it troubling that someone without legal credentials was responsible for negotiating such an important aspect of my case. I was also disappointed with the final outcome. It felt as though the firm prioritized closing the case quickly rather than securing a fair and transparent resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this law office to those seeking attentive, communicative, and competent legal representation.

A lady there denies my Settlement check even the check was available for me to pick up and I also got a email the same day the lady had a horrible attitude tell me how im going to spend that money on cars and stuff like it’s her place to say what I’m going to do with my money at the end she walked away while talking very unprofessional and a nightmare I still haven’t gotten my settlement check.
