very bad receptionist.. she picked up the phone and say "hello.."nothing else, no intro to the firm, i thought i called the wrong number. i asked: "hello, is it xxx attorney office 你好，请问是中华律师楼吗?" she answered "yes.是啊“ and then another long pause LOL.. and i hung up. i dont think i want to receive this level of service LOL
