I recently ordered my new house window, (8double hung Windows and 5picture windows). The windows are high quality, durable and sound proofing.They arrived on time and made sure to protect my living room by covering up the furniture during the installation, which is very important to me. Everything was just as we agreed, and I had no problems with the window or the install. Very professional.

Very bad customer service. Mr Chen is Very rude to us. Price is okay for the quality of the windows we received. But he is very impatient to provide more information of the products they fabricated, saying if they are not installing the windows they are not responsible for the products. What kind of logic is that ?! I’ll definitely go with somebody else for my next project. Plenty of the window & doors fabricator in the area . Also, two of the windows came with the wrong dimensions. Chen measured it and refused to take the responsibility for it, claiming if they are not installing , they are not responsible . Well, if you agreed to take my money to measure and fabricate these windows , you gotta take the responsibility . We had to spend whole half day for two guys to modify our window frames and changing the exterior aluminum wrapping. Don’t pay more than $50 per window if they are installing. First they wanted to charge me $100 for each installation , I turned it down and Chen offered $50 for each installation. Well, I still turned it down because I knew they wouldn’t even bother to shim the windows properly before tightening all the screws. I promise they would do a sloppy job even if you don’t find it out. This is just their whole attitude of doing business. You can’t change that .
