I took my phone in for a screen replacement, but unfortunately, they did not use authorized Apple parts. As a result, my phone rejected the new screen, and I was alerted by Apple. Additionally, the replacement screen didn’t support my ‘warm’ color settings, and when I added a screen protector, the display became distorted. When I expressed my concerns, there was brief tension, but to their credit, they ultimately took back the screen, reinstalled my original screen, and refunded the $100.

Friendly and fast service. I went in for a battery replacement and they replaced it with one that's not an official apple battery and is not recognized in the settings app. Ever since getting the new battery, my phone gets very hot while charging and after just a few months it doesn't seem to hold much of a charge anymore. Might just be a defective part but they charged me $80 if I remember correctly, which is almost just as much as Apple does. Overall felt ripped off - definitely get your battery replaced elsewhere.
