decided to come here on a whim and I am happy to say I was not disappointed. first of all, I knew my haircut was going to be amazing because the woman who cut my hair, Nikki, was a total baddie. I loved her hair and style and immediately knew she would deliver what I wanted which were long layers, face frame/long bangs, and some light bouncy curls with a curling iron. My only complain throughout this process is there was no heat protection spray used. I appreciated her asking me if I was okay with the length being cut and how I part my hair. The hair wash and scalp massaging provided was also nothing short of excellent. My apologies I didn’t get the name of the woman who washed, conditioned, and massaged my scalp but she has front bangs with beautiful long hair and was attentive and kind the whole time, asking if the water was too hot or if the washing was too rough which I appreciated. She thoroughly washed my hair with the utmost care and grace. The salon itself is pretty well designed and decorated, I was drawn to it initially because of the funky purple and green lighting which sets it apart from other businesses on the street. I will be coming back in the future 🤗🙂‍↔️

I’ve been here twice for a men’s haircut with Nikki. Pricing is reasonable at $30 and I left a $10 tip both times. The first time was a phenomenal experience. It started with a relaxing hair wash by one of the ladies followed by a haircut. Nikki really knows how to cut Asian hair and was able to cut it exactly how I envisioned - a professional combover with short sides that was easy to style. Probably one of my best haircuts ever. I returned for a second haircut today and the experience was negative. I called ahead to ask about availability at a specific time and was told that it works. I get there, get my hair washed, and am seated in a chair. I am then left sitting for an hour with no greeting from Nikki or idea of how long I would have to wait. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but given I called ahead of time and am a repeat customer I was hoping there would be better communication. After waiting for an hour with wet hair, it’s finally my turn and Nikki cuts my hair in 15-20 minutes in a rushed manner. The quality of this haircut is noticeably lower than my previous one and has poorly blended sides. I had to fix it myself after getting home. Quite disappointed at how this second experience turned out and definitely lost me as a customer. I am not planning to return and would advise against visiting here if consistency of service is important to you.

This place was trying to pressure cook my money out of me lol Once I asked for a haircut and sat down, they tried to tell me my eyebrows are no good and suggested I get my brows done for $300 right then and there. They had a lady sitting right in front of me, constantly telling me why I should get my brows done there and why I should also get some beauty shots for my face.Once they realized they're not getting any extra money out of me, they rushed through my hair cut lol I was so stressed the whole time. If you want a pressure cooker haircut experience...maaaaaybe you should visit

Waited nearly 2 hours (in wet hair) for a 2 minute cut, when the whole salon that came after us had gotten their service and we were still waiting like fools. They apologized and said the washer didn’t keep track of who came when… so it’s our job to keep them informed of who came when? Are we that unnoticeable that they chatted up other customers with banter and laughter and we were just ignored like we were invisible? The lady who seemed to be the owner said she would give us a discount for the poor service, in the end we got no discount, and were even gouged for a wash and cut when one of us only had a cut. Ruined our day and the worst service I’ve received in a very long time.

This woman Nikki doesn’t care about you or your hair’s well-being. She charged me >$80 for a hair trim and “hot oil treatment”. While there I noticed the “hot oil” treatment was in fact a cheap deep conditioner. I was so tired that day that I just went along with it and figured it may provide some benefit. I didn’t get a blowout and she still charged me full price. Today is my first wash since my hair cut and I still have split ends and my hair is drier than ever. After overcharging me for all this, she still had the audacity to try and get me to do a facial. Avoid this place!
