So, I went to the second location around the block. Here is my experience; I have textured hair and showed up with a big Afro, ready for a wash and blow-dry. It was a very comfortable experience. The washing specialist did an amazing job with my hair and communication. She expressed that she doesn’t have experience with textured hair and this would be her first time. She asked me for advice on how to detangle my hair and was open to communication and a visual example. Her hair/ scalp scrubbing, massaging, and detangling was top-tier. My hairstylist was Joann; she did an amazing job blow drying and flat-ironing my hair. I literally got a silk press for half the price. The staff overall were really nice and welcoming. Since my hair is thicker, takes more product, and is time-consuming I was charged $50. Although, long hair in general is charged an average of $40-$45. I do recommend the place. I would also advise that you bring in your own wide-tooth comb for detangling tho.

I had the best experience and Peng is the best! I am here on vacations and needed a haircut. I saw this place reccomended and just walked-in. As I arrived, I got my hair washed and they included a massage. It was so good! Then I got a haircut by Peng and she did great. She took the time to work on my hair and made sure to style it. It was a great experience and I highly reccomend it. I am very happy with this haircut.

Visited Lee Ren for the first time after seeing them on TikTok, and wow - it completely exceeded my expectations! The experience was incredible from start to finish. I asked to have my hair washed before my blow out and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary head massage (10/10). My stylist was so sweet and constantly checked in to make sure my hair was turning out how I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the results. And did I mention it only cost me $30 ($25 blow out, $5 tip), and I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes? Can’t recommend this place enough - I’ll definitely be back!

Hair: thick ethnic roots w/ japanese perm straightened length lower back The wash was amazing she really got in there and even gave me an amazing neck massage 5/5 As for the styling I understand nkt everyone is experienced with this type of hair but If you cant do it then dont say you can. The entire time all the workers just staired at my hair like it was some exotic thing. My styling did not even use heat protectant he just west straight in to blow it out and then went in with a flat iron. I had told them I wanted a cut and style. After flat ironing my hair for the hair cut he asked how much I wanted cut I proceeded to show him the picture and rhe reaction what an what are you serious. I told him it he cant cut it then I will just leave it long and he Can just style. He proceeds to cut and then thats it no styling nothing just turned around and told the next customer to sit on the chair. What of asked for was not what I got. He did not want to style and charged me double the cost of customers whole jave hone with much much longer hair. I dont recommend for anyone with ethnic hair but if youre looking for a good wash then yes. Before anyone says anything Ive gone to other establishments in the area and they've done an amazing job. Well leason learned. I just wanted a food blow out 3 stars because the length was on point. No wait time at all and the Wash was amazing

I had an average experience. Yes, it was lovely to be able to do a walk-in appointment, but the hair wash was painful, they were not gentle at all and I was very uncomfortable. Then waiting for the blow-dry took a bit of time and there is obviously huge difference between some of them, some seem to work very diligently, some are just making whatever. My hair were blow-dried straight and then were given some waves with an ironing wand. It held only until the evening. So yes it was cheaper $40 incl. tips for my shorter hair, but I wouldn’t come back. The massage and approach was too rough for me.
