For the past two years, I have been using an MBA specific accountant that understands the intricacies involved with writing down tuition. Since I recently graduated, I no longer require the specialty services of an MBA accountant. My wife has been using Tom's services for the past 3 years without issue. She recommended that I reach out to Tom as well so I decided to give it a shot. In the beginning, Tom was very responsive. After the initial quote was provided, I decided to move forward and proceeded to upload all of my documents. Fast forward a month, we received an email from Tom on 3/22/2020 asking for a service agreement document to be signed. Because we did not respond with a signed document within 72 hours (3/25/2020), Tom refunded our money saying it was a business risk. Unbelievable. If you do end up working with Tom, I'm sure his services are great. That being said, Tom needs to learn how to be a better professional.
