We’ve been coming to Li Hing Pediatric for many years and honestly love this place. The doctors are super caring and patient, and they always take time to explain everything clearly. The nurses are gentle with the kids and the front desk ladies are so nice and helpful. The office is clean and organized — I always feel my kids are in good hands here!

One of the Best pediatricians in Flushing, Queens. I go there for my baby and i am happy with their behavior and service. The baby doctor is so much nice, professional. And the 2 receptionists in front desk are very friendly and well mannered.

I have been taking both of my daughters to Dr. Li for some time now. Her level of talent as a pediatrician has been undeniably evident from day one. She is skilled, caring and one of the kindest MDs I've ever known. (I myself am a nurse.) We travel from LIC to Flushing for her expert care and attention and intend to continue to do so until my girls no longer require the care of a pediatrician!!

W ouldn’t recommend First, the appointments at this clinic are obviously overbooked, with long waiting times (at least 45mins )and nowhere to sit. The longest waiting time I had was 2hours!That’s ridiculous ! Secondly, the staff (include doctor)have poor service attitudes, and the management of the clinic is horrible! They don't care about your time and are unwilling to communicate with you. If the doctor didn’t want to see the patient, they should have informed us as soon as we arrived. However, they made us wait for two hours like fools, wasting our time without even offering an apology! Thirdly, they prefer Medicaid and don't recommend using commercial health insurance at this clinic.

The space is new, environment is ok. However, the scheduling is horrible. We once had appointment at 3pm, arrived on time, and end up seeing the pediatrician at 4:30 for a shot that took only 5 mins. Another incident when my son had something stuck in the throat and they said will arrange us to see the pediatrician right away, waited and waited after a lot of kids went in, after 1 hour +, asked us to see a specialist before the pediatrician even had the chance to check out my son. If this is the case they should have told us as soon as we arrived, wasted our time and left my son suffered.
