Went in for a quick gel mani. It was empty on a Monday morning so I was attended to quickly. One of the best gel manicures I’ve ever gotten in terms of neatness. It almost felt like a Russian manicure with how clean she made the cuticles. And it was only 28$! Definitely would come back if I need a quick mani

My nails were done beautifully and my nail tech was patient with me. I got acrylics with gel color and a design done in an hour 45 minutes. I called ahead to make an appointment two days prior and they honored that. The whole experience was lovely until the end… As soon as I sat down I asked how much the service would be after showing her a picture of what I wanted. She said $52. Then at the end, she wrote me a receipt for $57 and I said I thought we said 52 and her response was oh yes but for French it’s extra five dollars and design is another five dollars… But isn’t French a design itself? I don’t like feeling like I’ve been played and I definitely felt this way after that which is unfortunate because everything else was so nice. I would say go here but don’t be like me and let something like that go

The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns, and the lack of accountability was disheartening. The final result not only failed to capture my preferences but also required additional correction elsewhere. I expected professionalism and attention to detail, but sadly, these were lacking. To add to the frustration, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff insisted that my eyebrows looked even. However, a substantial chunk was taken off, and it will now take weeks for them to grow back. This disregard for the impact on my appearance and the dismissive attitude further compounded my disappointment. The fact that I was still asked to pay the full price, despite the evident shortcomings, reflects a lack of customer-centric approach and raises serious questions about the salon's commitment to customer satisfaction. This experience has left me hesitant to return and hesitant to recommend Li & Li Nail Inc to others. I hope my detailed feedback encourages the salon to reevaluate its service quality and customer relations, ensuring a more positive experience for future patrons.
