This is my second year working with Li & Zheng on tax filing, and overall I have had a great experience with Karen. During our initial consultation, Karen addressed all the questions and concerns I had. She provided a detailed questionnaire and checklist for me to fill out, and I handed all my tax documents to her to work on the filing. Throughout the whole process, she was very responsive and professional, which was reassuring. It took her about 1–2 weeks to complete, and the fee is also reasonably priced.

Karen is a very nice person who knows what she is doing with taxes. She is efficient and willing to explain and go over things with you. My 2018 tax got complicated with my hedge fund K-1 and expat situation . She was very patient and thorough when she responded to all my questions regarding the filing of different foreign reporting forms. When I left US, we were communicating over emails and she always responded promptly. Her fee was very reasonable with no hidden cost at all. I was very happy with her work style and will seek out for her help with my annual tax filings in the years to come.
