I'm so disappointed. I've been a loyal customer for years despite better rates elsewhere. Last year I filed for an extension in person and paid a filing fee. Than brought forth all the documents a few days later. Apparently, they did not file because I only paid for extension and no payment was posted for the actual filing unbeknowst to me. I only found out this year WHEN I called them about the current year's tax. According to them they called me to let me know. But I did not receive any missed calls from them. I did not want to go back & forth so I just pretended that I believe them. I just feel like it is ridiculous that they just neglect my file for this long.. if I had known I would have promptly rectified this misunderstanding sooner so I don't accrue any interest for not filing my tax on time.

Regret having done my taxes here. My husband and I were charged $450 for our joint filing - which was a lot more than our coworkers paid for theirs at other CPAs (even those who own multiple airbnb properties). The accountant didn't submit anything about depreciation and amortization for my rental property - which leads me to question the professionalism here

Scam, no question about that. Very unprofessional, unreliable and unethical. Made a huge mistake on tax . Mrs Wu is very rude.

I used their service to do my tax return last year and it was good . So I came to them again for my tax return this year. The girl who talked to me in the phone was very rude. She told me yesterday to send my W2 letter and SSN via email so they can evaluate if I can do the tax return. So I did it but no respond through email. Then I called them today and they told me they didn't receive the email and asked me to send to another email address, and include my phone number so they can call me back. So I did and I still didn't receive a call back. Then I called again, and the girl mocked me for just sending W2, she was being sarcastic and said I needed to send them the tuition certificate too. I said nobody informed me about it and she said she is with some other customers and hung up on me. I hope they can change their customer services because after all it is a good accounting company.

Unprofessional & irresponsible. They made mistakes. Don’t use their service, charges are ridiculous and not worthy at all.
