Brett has made therapy feel like a mental tune up at the most capable and compassionate hands. For various reasons with other therapists, I've never been able to get past sessions feeling like a meeting with the principal--vaguely distant, mechanically checking notes, saying nothing you don't already know--and that didn't work for me. Until working with Brett. From the jump, I felt understood and prioritized. If Brett has meticulous notes somewhere that enable our conversations to feel like I am catching up with a well-meaning mentor, he's surely made every effort to study up before session. Because once it begins, the conversation is seamless, comfortable, but not without direction--which is exactly what my previous experiences lacked. Highly, highly recommend.

I started Therapy with this company. Provided my insurance information. They were never transparent with the price due to my insurance being out if network. When signing up for my session i paid a fee that was acceptable around $30. Today, months later, i find out that each session were around $300. This company is not transparent with pricing and feels like a scam! Update: Lifestance told me to reach out to them via Email which I did on 02/18/26 and to this day I have not received any response.
