Dr. Lin Gong and Dr. Cathy Gong removed a large painful and infected cyst for me, saving me a trip to the emergency room. The procedure room was clean and organized, and I felt at ease under their care. Their office offers much more than what a typical outpatient office has, saving excess traveling for patients. I am so grateful to the help they’ve given me!! They love what they do and their work speaks for that!

this is my first time going to this primary care doctor. when i made my appointment, i mentioned that to the receptionist. i think they should be mindful to let the patient know that she needs to fast (not eat anything for a certain amount of time) before getting there, so she can get her blood and urination drawn for testing. they did not inform me that i had to do that and are asking me to come back. this office is not walking distance from me. it would have been great to get everything done in one day. my appointment was for 3:30pm and i did not see the doctor till 4:55pm when they are closed. the doctor was so busy and there were way too many patients booked for that day. also, they need to buy a new blood pressure machine. i am overweight and the machine they used for me did not work. they couldn't get any reading from it after 6 times using it. i think they should be mindful and ready for anyone who may come in there asking for help. afterall, they have all of my problems written down. so i shall see if they can help me as much as they can without wasting my time.

Overall is good, and I don’t think I should give one star review for one rude low mannered front desk girl, but she was totally not respectful. She is so rude like she hate people who come to visit the doctors, looking at the air with the dead face instead of answering you, throwing her documents heavily on the desk and then talking to her colleagues.前台态度极差，恶劣恶心人

If I can give a negative review with minus 100 stars I would this doctor is terrible! He is lazy, unprofessional and a lier! I have been under his care for 2 years and for past 2 months any medication I ask for he tells me he can’t give it to me, his license is not for that. You are PCP you supposed to make sure I m healthy BUT no he is lazy and lies that he can’t get prior authorization for medication and tells me you have to pay 980$ for it. And second medication I asked for to be sent to Virginia because I m here on a work trip he straight out lies and tells me he can’t write the medication when a month ago Dr. Wang his codoctor wrote it for me! Do not go to him! He is terrible and a lier! A PCP who doesn’t care for your health is a terrible doctor!

EXTREMELY argumentative office (both in terms of staff and doctors, particularly the female one). I recently relayed a simple observation to the sole female doctor on staff (that I vacillate between dosage levels of a medication), and she confused my observation with an argument against having blood work done (I made no such opposition, nor did I state my observation in a manner that would suggest refusal to cooperate). In another instance, I unintentionally walked in after the office had closed due to their hours not being updated online. The receptionist arrogantly berated me for not calling in advance. While I could have called, it’s not the patient’s responsibility to ensure that the office is relaying the correct hours (unsurprisingly, they updated their hours soon after this occurrence). In yet another instance, I brought a bloodwork script from another office and was chastised for not realizing that the script must originate from their office as opposed to another one. Again, as the patient, I should not be expected to possess full knowledge of their operations. Most recently, I called in regards to a non-appointment-related matter and, after respectfully explaining the situation, the receptionist shouted at me that she was “doing her job” (again, a simple statement was needlessly met by a defensive, argumentative response). The office atmosphere significantly worsened with the onset of the pandemic. Covid was a stressful period, but that’s no excuse to consistently verbally assault patients.
