Went here to try their Escape Facial and it exceeded my expectations! I went around 10 and didn’t have an appointment but they fit me right in. Mai was my esthetician and she was so great. Highlights included the face, neck and shoulder massage. I also appreciated her doing extractions. If you’re looking for a relaxing facial that leaves you glowing for a great price, look no further!

I try and come every few months for an acne facial! Rly good value for the price - they last almost 90 min and are very thorough. Extractions can hurt but somehow I’m never left with any marks! #LingLingFTW 🙏

Not a luxury experience by any means (you won’t get a private room for your facial), but the ladies here really know what they’re doing. The extractions I got were very thorough (albeit a little painful) which is what I wanted, and the chest + shoulder massage were so good! Very affordable (i paid $80 for an acne facial + $20 tip) compared to other facials in nyc

Amazing experience, I just started having acne after 19 years of “perfect” skin (so I’m not knowledgeable in terminology) and when I came today, the extractions they did were amazing, my skin feels and looks very different, all my bumps/imperfections are GONE and healing now. For an acne treatment it was an amazing price, very nice communicative women, no stinging/burning, no pain except for the extractions (obviously), and a great shoulder massage was included. I was recommended by a friend and I would recommend this to anyone with this struggle. I will say they don’t have private rooms if that’s your thing, but it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. I would add maybe pop in an AirPod if you’re uncomfortable with silence as the music wasn’t on the entire time.

Their facial services are excellent, the best I have had in the city. They perform extractions with diligence and care. I was worried my face would be raw afterwards but I left with such clear smooth skin.
