Ling Long Soup Dumplings 玲珑小笼包

Cozy, amazing, delicious, cannot describe how good my meal was here! The service was just as excellent. Soup dumplings: 10/10! Never tasted something so delicious, the flavor was bursting and the textures were just perfect, with a good ratio of dough, soup and filling. I got the lunch deal with the chicken soup: DELICIOUS broth, with TMC properties ⭐️ they add goji berries and jujube, with chicken dumplings inside. So perfect for the cold winter weather, will definitely be getting this again. Additionally I had a cold soy milk, however I wasn’t a fan, maybe I should try the sweetened version next time. Service was great, the employee refused me to take my tray myself, and insisted that he would bring it to my seat. Very attentive staff and sweet. They seem passionate about working there. Recommend!!!

First time trying this place out and it’s either a hit or miss. Place was quiet as they just opened up. Although their menu wasn’t big but they had a few options you can. I actually really like the soup dumpling and the shrimp dumplings. All the food looks so presentable and of course yum! Would recommend this place! In this place they also have like a mini hotpot where you can pick out your veggies and meats and type of noodles and soup base for $15.99.

The customer service was inattentive and unhelpful. No one helped me as I walked around looking for a menu. The advertisement says 2.99 for Thai milk tea but the cashier said I am not eligible for that amount because I got dumplings from the kiosk. It was either false advertisement or he wanted me to pay the 4.99 instead. I will not be going here anymore! My first and last time. I was excited to try out this place but the atmosphere was unwelcoming. In my opinion, the dumplings I ordered weren’t too spicy just a bit of spice in red chillin oil. Dumplings were sticking together and not soft.

Soup dumplings were raw and made me sick. Was skeptical at first because they were pasty, mushy, and cold. Then when eating the last one I realized the meat was completely raw. Be careful.

Total disaster. We waited over 35 minutes for our food, only to be told they never got our order number even after we checked in twice. When the food finally showed up, the soup dumpling was essentially RAW, which is concerning since undercooked pork can pose serious health risks (see attached photos). They also didn’t have the cucumber salad we actually wanted and kept trying to push the black fungus dish on us, which felt like they were just trying to get rid of it. Then they told us they couldn’t even process a refund until they closed out the register at the end of the day. The whole operation felt disorganized, careless, and completely unprofessional. And those questionable 5-star reviews are hard to take seriously when they’re handing out free drinks for them. Easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. This place is a hard no.
