Dr.Ling ling Zeng is very great Dr. I can give 100% perfect Dr. that I can trust.My three daughters PCP for more than 10years. I live in Jackson heights queens. It’s too far for me with three girls but still I love the lady Dr. ling ling Zeng but 1 thing I hate is front desk ladies.🤣😂they are very rude & don’t know how to talk & deal with patients parents. I can’t believe how they become front desk customer care lady?i hope for the best in near future 🙏

The front desk receptionists are truly unprofessional and rude. Like other reviews have stated, they have a lack of patience and do not know how to communicate politely. A pediatricians office should be positive and respectful, while these receptionists have made it anything but. They answer phone calls with annoyance and speak to patients passive aggressively. I have gone to this clinic since I was an infant and have always encountered negative experiences with these staff members. If you want to be respected, I do not recommend coming here.

從來沒遇到過那麼沒有禮貌的員工 rudest front desk people i’ve ever met in my life. have been with dr. zeng since i was little but will be switching to a different pcp because of the nasty attitude of the workers. i work in a medical clinic too so i know what it’s like to deal w/ patients all day. but the workers here are rude to EVERYONE. god forbid you ask them a question. they’ll give you an annoyed tone as if it isn’t their job to help patients. i almost feel bad for them because u can tell they hate their job so much. you know, maybe your job would be more enjoyable if you didn’t have a scowl on your face 24/7.

It pains me to write this review but others need to be warned. She was my primary doctor since I was a child and I finally switched to the better doctors at the Charles B. Wang Community Center. I do not recommend her, she makes the process of going to the doctor much more complicated than it needs to be with 8 hour long wait times every time, and a complete lack of communication. I had a urinary tract infection and I received no phone call or follow up to inform me of my condition, and I even went back to get another urine test, and they didn’t give me my results either, the day finally came when I went to her office and they turned me away AFTER WAITING FOR HOURS IN PAIN because they said I had outstanding charges for my last visit, which I confirmed with my insurance company that I did not. After over 17 years meeting with this doctor since I was 3 years old, she turned me away in the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life. That night I had to go to the emergency room for a life-threatening infection which had spread to my kidneys. Medical malpractice is certainly what she had done, and I am considering suing her for my $37k medical bills. She is a terrible doctor, the front desk staff are not accommodating and looked visibly disgusted every time I handed them my urine sample, which was very unprofessional and embarrassing. If you use her now please try to look elsewhere. The Charles B. Wang community center is less than a block away from her offices and the difference in care is astounding. Edit: She had the audacity after all of this to refuse refilling my prescription medication that has been auto refilled for years because I needed to get an annual checkup with HER OWN specific office even though I tried explaining to them that I had already gotten my annual checkup with my new primary care physician. I’ve never heard of a doctor withholding medication from a patient for this reason. If a child dies on her watch I wouldn’t be surprised. She needs to lose her medical license.

Dr Ling Ling Zheng is my daughter pediatrician since she’s born. Dr Ling Ling Zheng is a nice person, but always have very rude front desk ladies. I stay with her for 12 years, just because she’s nice. But today I can’t stand it anymore. I need doctor to sign a form for my daughter school stating that my daughter already got MenACWY vaccine which is she did. But Angela ( the lady in the front desk) said that the doctor won’t sign because my daughter missed her yearly ear check up. I ask if i can come today, she said yes, but i have to wait. I know from my experience, when you have to wait that means hours. My husband has to work today, so I ask if I can just get the form sign today, and make appointment for the ear check up next time. She said we can’t. I ask if the vaccine has anything to do with ear and she said yes. I google, and find out that the vaccine has nothing to do with ear. I call her and ask why she lie, she doesn’t admit it. She kept saying that my daughter has to do ear check up in order to get her form signed. I understand the important part of the ear check up and of course will bring my daughter to do it, but she doesn’t have to lie saying the vaccine has something to do with ear when it’s not, just to make us come to see the doctor today. I just need her to admit that she give me wrong information, but she won’t, and tell me not to yell at her. Well.. the high tone coming from both side, and she hang up twice on me. I guess it’s time to find another pediatrician.
