If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! I am usually not one to voice my opinion on such public forums, but LinSin Travel not only knowingly scammed my family but also failed address any of their actions when I called to complain. We booked a Norweigen cruise through them and they did not offer us any of the deals that Norweigen is offering. When I called to inquire why I was not offered any of the Noweigen cruise line deals for unlimited berverages, shore excursion credits, or speciality dining credits etc, the person that answered just responded ‘I don’t know what you’re talking about?’ When I clarified that Norwegian offers deals as part of cruise bookings and that she did not offer me any, she responded ‘so?’ Her rudeness is beyond words. I could have booked the cruise myself on the Norwegian website and gotten a better deal. The person I spoke with at Lin Sin took no actions to address my concerns and hung up on me. I deserve a full refund for the cruise.
