Lion Physical Therapy

I've been to many other therapy clinics and so far had my best experience at Lion PT. Dr. David Jung is knowledgable, patient, and a great listener. He tries to build a good rapport with his patients and make them feel comfortable during the entire therapy session. The exercises, manual therapy, and home program are all very beneficial. The biggest difference is that this clinic offers individual sessions so the therapy plan is tailored to each patient. Dr. Jung pays close attention to the way the exercises are done and will make sure they are done correctly. I definitely recommend Lion PT!

After looking all over the Queens area for a physical therapist while suffering from a painful back injury I found Lions physical therapy. I Highly recommend to anyone who wants to get their life back after a injury. David not only took the time to focus on my injury but also helped me regain confidence in my favorite lifting movements. I worked with Dr. Marc and we was awesome! After a year of frustration with strength and residual nerve damage following a discectomy to treat Cauda Equina, Marc got me to a point where I felt strong and confident in the gym. I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Marc for making me feel like myself athletically again. After going to two PTS prior, I can attest that Marc & Lion PT is truly patient-centered.

Dr. Jung has helped me with various injuries over the years and there is no other physical therapist I would rather work with! He’s so knowledgeable about climbing and other sport-related injuries. More importantly, he is excellent at explaining the purpose behind any PT exercise and will also offer advice with injury prevention. He recently was able to fix my back in just one session, and my husband is now also working with Lion Physical Therapy for a knee-related injury. The two locations are very well equipped, and I appreciate the mirrors which help me make sure my form is correct. I highly recommend Lion Physical Therapy!

Andrew and the Lion PT team did simply an unbelievably effective job of fixing my problems. I had a nagging hip pinch and shoulder ache for literally 7 years prior. I had gone to Spear PT before, which was a poor experience that made me almost give up on PT. But I decided to give Lion PT a chance since they do true 1-on-1 PT sessions and boy am I glad that I did. Beyond just helping me make huge progress in a short span of time, Lion PT also helped me regain my confidence in my weightlifting. Since my PT sessions ended, I’ve started hitting PRs again which literally had not happened in 7 years. I could not be more grateful to the team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for PT help!
