I had purchased a package of facials after trying one through Groupon - this place is very good! The staff are licensed professionals who know how to use a variety of products and give a lovely facial - I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with essential oil facial and body done by Joanne . It was so relaxing and heavenly. The combination of different essential oil that Joanne concocted was totally pleasant. I felt so relax and eased all my tight muscles. Thank you Joanne for your beautiful magical hands! I am looking forward to another essential oil massage session with Joanne.

Wonderful experience here! All the staff are happy and friendly, and the facial was amazing. The atmosphere of the rooms were clean and smelled relaxing. I’ve been to a few chinatown spa’s and this was definitely a level UP. 🤍

I’ve been seeing Joanne for years, and she’s truly incredible. She’s thoughtful, attentive, and always takes great care of my skin. Her facial room feels like a little retreat, whenever I’m stressed, I go to her and she somehow melts it all away. She recently introduced an essential-oil massage, and it was a total game changer. Just by working on my scalp, she could tell exactly what I was feeling that today and chose the perfect oils to help. I was honestly amazed by her incredible skills, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

The star is for Joanne for being the best one of them all. She is absolutely skilled and gives the best guasha facial! I’ve had facials with a few others like Moon and Linda etc. Nothing outstanding. Moon loves to talk and always try to upsell add ons or new packages to you. In my opinion, it’s not really worth it unless you want simple ones which I feel you can totally do at home. I specifically want to highlight that during one of my sessions with Moon, she kept pushing on their Mother’s Day or some holiday package to me as I had money left from their spend $1k get $x. I said NO literally MORE THAN 5 TIMES, yet she’s acting like she didn’t hear me and kept pushing me to the point of paying $20 as down payment to hold the deal (even tho it was expiring the next day). I told her more than twice during my session before signing that I want to think about it and that I will call them back if I m interested but she insisted I decide that day (because she wants her commission prob), this is in no way putting customers first and what kind of attitude is this, being so disrespectful of what I had to say explicitly. At the end of the day I was the one that paid but she definitely 100% pressured me into signing it, on top of not informing me that the down payment was nonrefundable. Smh. Anyways, they also don’t warn you about any free add ons that you may have left (if you got their spend $1k or packages)which is such bad service. I had my last session so will basically lose that because I don’t wanna waste any more of my dollars with them. The front desk lady can also be pushy on the low, ie: asking me to just add it on to the package that I had the down payment for. Like can yall not read the room, I clearly don’t want to get scammed further. Be aware yall, I highly recommend going elsewhere if you want good facials from staff that cares about your skin vs people who just want your money!!!
