Highly recommend Dr Chen. She was extremely patient and took the time to thoroughly explain to me the causes of why my eyes were so dry as well as how to maintain my eye health. I also wondered if I was a good candidate for LASIK and she answered my questions even though that was not the primary reason for visit. Thankful that she took the time and effort to answer all my questions.

I had an appointment with Dr Chen recently and she was amazing. She checked my eyes and did some tests. Then, she explained the test results to me clearly and gave me some recommendations. She professionally answered all of my questions. She even went the extra mile to obtain my medical records from my former doctor in another state to make sure she has all the information to make an accurate judgment of my condition. Will definitely visit her office again. Also, I loved that she was not trying to sell me things like other places do. The office was very clean and well-organized. My entire experience with Dr Chen was excellent. I highly recommend this place and of course Dr Chen!

This review is long overdue. I was referred to Dr. Chen in December of last year after months of suffering from watery eyes, a gritty sensation in both eyes, blurry vision, and waking up with excessive gunk around them. My ophthalmologist diagnosed me with blepharitis and prescribed an eye care regimen, but it didn’t fully resolve the issue. He then recommended that I see a cornea specialist. When I called Dr. Chen’s office on a Wednesday—just two weeks before the holidays—I was told they could accommodate me that Saturday as a walk-in. They informed me that the wait time might be longer than usual, but I was completely fine with that since I desperately needed help. To my pleasant surprise, I waited less than 30 minutes. Both the front desk staff and Dr. Chen were highly professional and kind. By the third week of following Dr. Chen’s recommendations, my issue was completely resolved. Her diagnosis was spot-on, and even though my condition was mild, it had caused months of discomfort. Unfortunately, due to other health issues, I had to cancel two follow-up appointments, but I definitely plan to return for my next visit in the near future.

Dr. Chen removed the cataracts in both my eyes. She did a great job and took very good care of me. My vision is now 20/20 and I can drive again. She is very easy to talk with and answered all my questions. I could tell she cared about me and wanted to do her best for me, and she did1 Highly recommend her, great work!!!

Dr Chen is my favorite and best eye doctor ever I have seen. I am a hospital worker, met with lots of doctors but she is totally different from others I found. She is very fast and expert on her field. I wish her best of luck.
