The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure every visit is a great experience. The place is always spotless, well-organized, and has such a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I m getting more n more unsatisfied with this place. I been hinted to give gratuity at the end of the service which I m ok with as long as it's done to satisfaction. However, besides uneven, the filler I just had was far more less than disappointing. I never had a problem with the NP who already left the place. Dr. Lu would offer a discount for it but not from the one who called herself manager. The so called manager also has an attitude problem. Needs more practice but definitely not on me. I won't return n recommend.
