100/10 stars if i could!! I have some sewing knowledge, so i generally know my way around what alterations should look like. But Jess's attention to detail to fit, finishes and overall style is unmatched. At other shops i'm usually left feeling like the handiwork is sloppy or rushed. Jess's sharp eye and her seamstresses caught every issue I noticed and flagged things I wouldn’t have thought to address, always with smart, thoughtful solutions. She listens closely, understands your frustrations, and delivers work that feels intentional, precise, and true to the spirit of the original piece. (for reference, i had 3 dresses altered). PLUS she had it all done within 48 hours. Included close up photos of the altered hems and seams of a bias cut dress, which is super tricky to deal with. I wouldn’t trust my clothes to anyone else. In fact, i texted my friend while i was leaving Jess's shop saying "i'm bringing her all my stuff" 😂

I had an amazing experience here. I needed my Ganni jeans taken in 3.5 inches at the waist, and they reworked the entire top half of the pants while preserving the original design perfectly. They took the time to walk me through the process and explain exactly what they were doing, which I really appreciated. They were also very honest about what was and was not possible. The craftsmanship and care were exceptional and I would absolutely recommend them.

1. Fully relined my overcoat AND preserved the original pockets on the inside. They used a high quality silk lining as well AND reattached my Albione brand tag. The attention to detail is unrivaled 2. Took in the shoulder on my half lined Dolce & Gabbana linen blazer and redid the pipping BY HAND with the original silk for no extra charge They have been making suits for President Ronald Reagan since 1980 and their tailors have over 30, 40, 50 years of experience from Hong Kong, Poland, and France. They are the OGs who do not depend on social media nor technology—they depend on their craft. Probably the last of their kind. Will be back for a bespoke suit soon!

Jess is my go-to tailor for anything from qipaos to pants to suits. She knows what to do to make your clothes fit perfectly and is so kind and funny as a person. Her service is fast and professional, and I always feel confident in her assessment on fixes needed on our clothes!

I’m a longtime customer of this shop and my latest experience at their new location tops them all. I came to Jess with a special project - turning a thrifted gown into a modern piece. I have an extreme hour glass and they went the extra mile to make this dress bespoke. Their 5 tailors each have 30+ years experience and bring their respective industry skills to the table.
