Load Laundromat

I’ve been in NY working for weeks and this service has been a lifesaver!!!!! The service is top tier! I was so nervous with allowing someone else to do my laundry but they exceeded my expectations. From the time of booking the way they communicate with you is so reassuring! Soon as you book they start texting you! Lol They definitely aim to please their customers! The manager Helen over there is so amazing and sweet! She makes the process so much easier. And the app is very user friendly.

I’ve been using Load Laundromat for about 3 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is so warm and friendly and they do a wonderful job of handling your clothes. They have never lost any items (unlike other places) and they have a good turnaround time!

Liz is my favorite person. She brings joy to the parts of my day that should just be a mundane moment - dropping off laundry. In my year of being a regular wash and fold customer I’ve NEVER had any missing items or any problems with any of my clothes due to washing. All items are neatly folded and assorted into category in the plastic wrap. Load Laundromat knows how to do laundry and I would trust them with my most valuable possessions.

Was very impressed with the customer service that I received. Needed a fast turnaround and they really went above and beyond to ensure that my laundry was cleaned and returned in a timely manner. I am from out of state and here in the city for a few weeks, and was at a complete loss for how to have my clothes cleaned without having to be inconvenienced by time. They completely solved all of my problems and I am grateful! 10/10 would recommend this service to anyone coming from out of state and needing fast, professional, and reliable laundry services.

Very bad service. This is the second time that the short lady with glasses won’t let me use the dryer I want. She always sends me to the ones that get hotter, even though I don’t agree. And it’s not just me she does the same with all the customers. (Here I’m leaving the photo as clear evidence that she always sends everyone to the hotter side.) As a customer, I should be able to choose where to dry my clothes, not be forced. That attitude is annoying, unprofessional, and shows no respect for the clients.
