We’ve had consistent amazing experiences at loconsolo paints! They’ve been so helpful and patient throughout our renovation. Can’t say enough good things about this friendly neighborhood store. Highly, highly recommend!

Not only do they have great paint but the staff here is infinitely patient and always willing to offer helpful advice. The paint may cost a bit more than Home Depot but you’ll need less of it and it holds up for years. Comparing the rooms I’ve painted with Benjamin Moore with that of the Behr brand you pickup at Home Depot and there’s just no comparison. There stuff is like water and Benjamin Moore paint is thick and viscous. With a great selection of wallpapers this store covers all your needs.Sherman Williams over on Austin street may also have great paint but the customer service at Benjamin Moore is standout, though the folks at Sherman are fine if you don’t want to walk to Metro.

What an amazing, helpful staff which makes the experience all the better when making lots and lots of decisions. They have so much product knowledge and the care that went into every transaction was evident throughout the project I worked on. They also have beautiful wallpaper to choose from. By far the BEST paint experience I’ve ever had. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Ben is a patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable professional. I had a kind of unique vision in mind for the exterior paint of my house and he helped me through multiple visits, always with a great sense of humor and expert opinion. Honestly, what a gem of a human! Come here for all your paint needs. Seriously.
