Long Island Care Center is very hygienic and clean. The staff are very professional attentive and friendly. There is a bakery in the welcoming area with complimentary treats and hot beverages perfect after coming in from inclement weather.

Long Island Care Center has many improvements over the last few years. The staff was warm and friendly on my most recent visit. Check in is updated and seamless. There are still some capital improvents needed, but I am sure they are on their list. Please keep implementing meaningful and positive change; this is both impactful for the residents and their love ones. Thank you for all you do for our live ones!

First time visiting today, checking in was very good with the help of reception employee. She was so helpful & very pleasant. Met with the speech therapist who was amazing and very caring.

My friend has enjoyed her stay at Long Island Care center for 3 plus years! The addition of the bakery is AMAZING!! I love that i now have a place to eat and enjoy her company in the cafe. The staff is amazing and Stephanie from Guest Reations is my best friend here! I love her company it makes me feel like im back at home ❤️😘:)

So I must start off by saying that this rehab center has so many caring people and such a wonderful staff, my mom has been in two other rehab centers, and I had to leave because they were dirty , rundown and the staff was overall rude! If choosing a place for your family is important to you then this place will not disappoint. They had just opened up a bakery near the entrance and let me tell you that the desserts are delicious and there’s nothing better than a hot cup of coffee before going to see your loved one. The staff Always greet you as you’re walking and always so nice. Best thing about the bakery is that iit is complementary to Visitors, staff, patients and residents. Special thanks to Sarah from Guest Relations for always for after needs of my mom. Thank you!!! 😊
