The staff here are very nice! I came to get my pants hemmed, and they let me try them on, helped with the pinning, and made sure I was satisfied with the length. They listened carefully to my requests and were very patient. The hemming costs $20 per pair of pants, which is a bit pricey, but these are pants I really love and I didn’t want them to get messed up. The first time I came, I tried to bargain and got $2 off, but after that, it’s been $20 per pair. I just wish the price could be a little lower. The hemming experience is 5/5, but the price is 4/5.

Very disappointing customer service. Despite having relatively positive experiences over my past few drop-offs I noticed that the prices charged did not match their pricing on their website. For example, you can expect to be charged ~$1 more for each item than what's currently listed (e.g. a sweater will be $9.99 vs $8.99 shown, or a shirt will be $8.99 vs $7.99). When asked, they claim they're in the process of updating their website and yet they still have not done so. While not a large amount, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth and is deceptive for those looking to compare prices online.

This business demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. I paid an additional fee specifically to have high end garments cleaned with special care. Instead, the garments were damaged and effectively ruined. After attempting to resolve the issue directly without success, I was forced to take the matter to small claims court. The court ruled in my favor and ordered the business to pay $900 in damages. To date, they have failed to comply with the judgment and continue to evade payment. There is no statute of limitations on this judgment, and they will be required to pay sooner or later. I am sharing this experience to warn others. I cannot, in good faith, give this business anything other than the lowest possible rating.

Initially they give you a cheap competitive quote but later raise the prices. Not only that, they charge you more during the dry clean and when the clothes come back it’s a different price than previously agreed upon. I’ve deleted my account with this scam business.

If it allows me to rate 0 or negative star I would be no hesitate to do it right now! The service is terrible and the charges are twice as high as those of similar stores. My 2,000 dollars brand new jacket were disposed of in a mess. The after-sales service is also evasive and irresponsible at all. I am not willing to pay this price and have already called the police. I don’t want anyone to come to this store again in the future. This is a joke!
