Amazing place. Staff are on point, very energetic and nice. Rachel, Amber (I believe that's her name) and the fron desk lady are amazing and hardworking professionals. First day I got there they were all over me trying to help me. Amber wrote down all my concerns neatly on her pad. She was kind and clear about the questions when going over the intake questionnaire. I think I never seen a place quiet like this. First day when I called for an appointment Rachael showed concern and sympanthy for my issues. She accomadated me as best as she could after my first visit for my follow up appointment with a one on one therapist. The front desk lady is not like you're typical bad attitude front desk nurse. Very kind a quick at her job. Overall a very beautiful place.

Dr. Cohen is an excellent psychiatrist, and I learned a few valuable things from my sessions with him. However, the front desk is highly disorganized—they fail to relay messages to therapists and psychiatrists, which led to my unexpected discharge due to alleged absences, despite my calls. As for therapy, my experience was disappointing. During my hour-long sessions, my therapist spent most of the time talking about her own week and political views. In the last 15 minutes, she would read a questionnaire from her computer, and halfway through, her tone would shift as if signaling the session was ending. While I had a positive experience with Dr. Cohen, the overall management and therapy services left much to be desired.

At first, everything was going great. But as time went on communication was horrible. I've called multiple times to handle a situation with my prescribed meds and the lack of consideration was horrible. Two weeks later problem still not resolved called the office AGAIN to let them know this is disappointing and the girl on the phone says so you wanna be dropped as a client. UNREAL. On another note the therapist I had was great MONTANA. Wish she worked somewhere else.

VIOLATED MY HIPPA !!! A woman named Amber who is an intake coordinator there , contacted someone on my profile and told them information that I did not give her permission to say. She will be sued and anyone who has contested to this. If you do come here , make sure you understand that Amber will not keep your information confidential. She is an unprofessional waste of space, a detriment to the company as well as whoever allows her to get away with violating patient rights. #BYEAmBeR !

This place is terrible the director is not of use and only cares about money . I was a client here and stopped taking services Due to billing. After I tried to retake services, I asked if I can go with the same therapist and the director was very passive aggressive She stated that was not possible. Which doesn’t make sense Because if you have a relationship with the therapist, you have every right to have that Therapist. They wanted me to do the whole intake process everything again with no guarantee of the therapist I had. It’s rude and it does no good use for help for your mental health.
