Long Island Eye Surgeons

Had an emergency and called late Thursday and was given an appointment for Friday. Stacey, who is front desk, check out, could not have been nicer or more accommodating or understanding in helping me make the appointment. I was taken on time and had a preliminary work up by Samantha a med tech. Once again, was taken by how pleasant and upbeat Samantha was, and extremely thorough in taking a history. When I saw Dr. Lane a few minutes after my eyes were dilated he performed a complete exam and reassured me that all was normal. From start to finish, this office and the staff know how to take care of their patients.

The staff at Long Island Eye Surgeons hove above and beyone to male sure my eyes are healthy. The stafg at the desk is very helpful, professional and genuinely helpful. The doctors are all oitstanding and have amazing credentials. Today I am as fortunate to meet Randy (technician) . She listened, she was very attentive to changes I am experiencing. She was very thorough.. one of the best bed side manners. Very knowledgeable

A friend recommended Dr. Lane. The moment I met him I knew he was the perfect opthamologist for me. An exceptional doctor who explains everything to you and does not rush into treatments that might not be necessary at that time. I have experienced that with other doctors. Recently, my cataracts suddenly became worse. Dr. Lane perfectly performed lazer cataract surgery on both eyes. Although I was nervous, he always made me feel safe and confident. My eyesight is now so clear and the recovery time has been extremely short. He told me I would be very happy with the surgery and he was 100% correct. I now recommend Dr. Lane and everyone in his office to all of my friends. I am very grateful to him, especially for his kindness and compassion.

Rude. We are traveling & have gotten an eye infection. I wasn’t demanding an appointment or being rude, was just giving the secretary the low down (as my husband had gotten antibiotic from an urgent care that’s not working). She rudely cut me off, asked if my husband was a patient there which had she been listening she would have heard we are traveling… and rudely explains that the doctor doesn’t have time today or tomorrow. It was all very odd and did I mention rude. Perhaps they need to hire more people to answer their phones because this lady is clearly angry to be working.

I was there for 2 hrs!!! Ridiculous horrible place / u cannot park at all / u can’t find the place as one entrance is closed . The bathrooms are all the way across the building outside doc office. Many people scheduled for same time! Like a factory . Patients are treated like animals ! I was so upset I will NEVER go back there !!
